93.243 -- Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Projects of Regional and National Significance
The purpose of this program is to advance the implementation of high quality, evidence-based treatment for individuals with co-occurring physical and mental health conditions, including substance use disorders. Data demonstrate that individuals with mental health conditions are far more likely to also experience physical health conditions. The co-occurrence of these conditions necessitates the delivery of holistic, integrated care. The goal of this grant is to ensure that these services are provided in the most effective manner possible.
