Description
Eligible applicants are those that have been congressionally identified to receive FY24 funds for CD Community Project funding. Other non-specified entities may not receive replacement grants or serve as successors-in-interest after the award is made. Application must address activities consistent with the purpose identified by Congress. The amount requested cannot exceed the amount identified by Congress.
