    Funding Opportunity Announcement No. DE-FOA-0003099 The Office of Manufacturing and Energy Supply Chains (MESC) is issuing a Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) entitled Bipartisan Infrastructure Law 40207(b) Battery Materials Processing and 40207(c) Battery Manufacturing Grants Round II.
