17.401 -- International Labor Programs
This is a Notice of Intent only. The U.S. Department of Labor (USDOL), Bureau of International Labor Affairs (ILAB), intends to award a Cooperative Agreement to Innovations for Poverty Action (IPA) for a project to identify effective interventions to address child labor and forced labor through impact evaluation research partnerships. The project will also identify interventions that address potential determinants of child labor and forced labor, including irregular migration and absence of workers’ rights to organize.
