      93.279 -- Drug Use and Addiction Research Programs

    Description

    The National Institute on Drug Abuse, intends to promote a new initiative by publishing a Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) to solicit applications for a Conference Award to develop and implement an annual scientific meeting to advance the development of therapeutics for substance use disorders (SUDs).� This Notice is being provided to allow potential applicants sufficient time to develop meaningful collaborations and responsive projects.� The NOFO is expected to be published in the Winter of 2024 with an expected application due date in early 2025. This NOFO will utilize the U13 activity code. Details of the planned NOFO are provided below.
