17.401 -- International Labor Programs
The Bureau of International Labor Affairs (ILAB), U.S. Department of Labor (USDOL, or the Department), announces the availability of approximately $10,000,0000 total costs (subject to the availability of Federal funds) for 1 cooperative agreement to fund a technical assistance project aimed at addressing unfair labor practices in Mexico that distort competition and disadvantage American workers and businesses. This four-year project will engage state labor authorities, the private sector, and workers and worker organizations in three Mexican states—where priority sectors of trade relevance to U.S. workers are present—to increase labor law compliance and enforcement.
