      93.173 -- Research Related to Deafness and Communication Disorders

    Description

    The National Institute on Deafness and Other Communication Disorders (NIDCD), intends to publish a Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) to solicit applications for research to support the translation of peer-reviewed and published basic research findings into clinical applications that improve human health in the NIDCD mission areas.� This Notice of Intent to Publish (NOITP) is being provided to allow potential applicants sufficient time to develop meaningful collaborations and responsive projects.� The NOFO is expected to be published in December 2024 with an expected application due date in February 2025. This NOFO will utilize the R01 activity code. Details of the planned NOFO are provided below.
