    Description

    The Award Ceiling for Year 1 is 0 (none). CDC anticipates an Approximate Total Fiscal Year Funding amount of $7,500,000 for Year 1, subject to the availability of funds.The NOFO will support the Government of SL to accelerate progress to achieve epidemic control in line with UNAIDS 95-95-95 targets through direct service delivery and technical assistance. It aims to strengthen health systems and implementation of HIV care and treatment program. The NOFO also seeks to build local capacity and partnerships to sustain progress towards epidemic control.Objectives:•Strengthen technical and managerial capacity of National, District Health Management Teams and Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) to provide sustainable high-quality HIV care and treatment services, including addressing service delivery related barriers to antiretroviral treatment (ART) initiation and retention for people living with HIV (PLHIV) and members of key population (KP) groups.•Improve monitoring and evaluation systems and build the capacity for high-quality data collection, analysis, and use of strategic information related to HIV response at community, facility, district, and national levels.•Support national level policy, guidelines, materials, and procurement for a comprehensive package of HIV prevention, care, and treatment services with optimized quality improvement and quality assurance (QI/QA) and related support services at facility level.•Build capacity of CSOs to implement differentiated service delivery (DSD) models for sustainability and increased efficiency in community and facility engagement for optimal linkages and patient follow-up.
