    Description

    The purpose of the Hereditary Hemorrhagic Telangiectasia (HHT) program is to reduce morbidity and mortality associated with HHT by: 1) expanding access to and coordination of care for HHT patients; and 2) developing a de-identified, aggregate patient data registry to better understand this rare disease and treatment outcomes.
