    Description

    The Award Ceiling for Year 1 is 0 (none). CDC anticipates an Approximate Total Fiscal Year Funding amount of $8,000,000 for Year 1, subject to the availability of funds.The NOFO aims to support the Ministry of Health of Ukraine (MOH), the Ukraine Public Health Center, and communities to enhance HIV testing, prevention, and treatment activities among key populations amid ongoing war. Overall goals of the NOFO will be achieved through:Improving the access to and use of comprehensive HIV services for key and priority populationsImplementing differentiated service delivery (DSD) models at medical facilities and communities to enhance quality of service deliveryScaling up access to and quality of medication assisted treatment (MAT) for key and priority populationsAnd harmonization of national policies and guidelines with international standardsRequired activities to accomplish the goals of the NOFO include, but are not limited to:Training of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive HIV services free of stigma and discriminationUsing social network strategies (SNS), mobile testing models, and other innovative testing case finding modalities to reach key and priority populations that are harder to reachEnsuring wide access to comprehensive HIV services for key and priority populations by leveraging communitiesExpanding access to and coverage of high-quality MAT servicesUsing data and evaluation findings to inform improvements and recommendations for policy development, program, and service delivery
