Description
The purpose of the initiative is fund one entity to establish a 24-month virtual Learning Collaborative (LC) to disseminate promising and innovative practices in three areas to improve health outcomes for people with HIV: 1) community-based HIV dental education, 2) oral health and HIV primary care integration, and 3) building and sustaining the next cadre of dental leaders in HIV.

Eligible applicants include:• public and nonprofit private entities such as institutions of higher education and academic health science centers involved in addressing HIV related issues on a national scope.• Native American tribal governments and tribal organizations are eligible.• Community-based organizations are also eligible.
