    Description

The Financial and Community Sustainability for At-Risk Rural Hospitals Program is designed to respond to immediate need where a failure to offer support would likely result in closure. The goal of the program is to ensure critical health care services remain available within rural communities. This program will work communities nationwide to provide intensive, short-term technical assistance to hospitals struggling with challenges that threaten access to health care in a rural community. The targeted technical assistance will focus on those sites that are essential access points in particularly vulnerable rural communities facing imminent closure.
