This funding opportunity seeks applications for funding under the Project Safe Neighborhoods (PSN) Formula Grant Program. The PSN program is a nationwide initiative that brings together federal, state, local, tribal, and territorial law enforcement officials, prosecutors, community-based partners, and other stakeholders to identify the most pressing violent crime problems in a community and develop comprehensive solutions to address them. The PSN program aims to create safer communities by developing data-driven and community-based strategies to reduce violent crime, particularly gun violence. PSN is coordinated by the U.S. Attorneys’ Offices (USAOs) in the 94 federal judicial districts throughout the 50 states and U.S. territories. Please see the Eligible Applicants section for the eligibility criteria.
