Description
This funding opportunity announcement solicits applications to fund one evaluation provider to design and conduct a high-quality, mixed methods, multi-site, implementation science evaluation across implementation sites as well as cost analysis for the interventions.The evaluation provider will analyze data, disseminate findings, and provide evaluation-related technical assistance to sites throughout the initiative. The evaluation provider will train demonstration sites on implementation science principles and assure that the principles are applied in the initiative. The evaluation provider will also lead the development and submission of the packet to the institution review board and support the demonstration sites in their own institution review board submissions as needed.The evaluation provider will design and conduct a high-quality, mixed methods, multi-site, implementation science evaluation across implementation sites.
