Description
The Award Ceiling for Year 1 is 0 (none). CDC anticipates an Approximate Total Fiscal Year Funding amount of $5,600,000 for Year 1, subject to the availability of funds.The goal of this NOFO is to provide high quality, friendly HIV clinical services to people living with HIV, focusing on persons of Haitian descent who live in the Dominican Republic. This includes improving access to HIV testing, providing HIV treatment and TB preventive therapy (TPT), and retaining people living with HIV on lifelong quality treatment to ensure they are virally suppressed. The work will include advocating for services that use the latest international standards (e.g. same-day antiretroviral therapy [ART], multi-month dispensing), serving the needs of persons of Haitian descent and using the best approaches to reach this population (e.g. providing services in the community).
