    Description

    To best meet the needs of those residents hit hardest by the pandemic, the City of North Las Vegas recognizes the importance of relying on the expertise of the subject matter experts who are closest to the issues impacting our communities. We are pleased we are able to offer another local non-profit opportunity through American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding. Through this process, nonprofit community organizations are invited to submit a single application to request funding for eligible projects.Link to SLFRF Guidance

    Eligible applicants include nonprofit community-serving organizations serving the North Las Vegas area which experienced negative economic impacts as a result of COVID-19.

    The grant application period opens November 2, 2023, and closes at 11:59 pm, Friday, November 17, 2023. Awards will be issued beginning in January 2024.

    Source of Funds:American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) - Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund (CSLFRF) 21.027

    Eligibility:501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations with the ability to properly administer federal grant funds proposing programming, active Sam.gov registration, any necessary good standing with the Nevada Secretary of State, proposing projects located inand/orprimarily serving North Las Vegas residents.

    Awards are expected to range between $25,000 - $150,000
