With this non-competitive solicitation, BJA seeks to request applications from 10 cooperative agreement recipients previously funded to support state, local, tribal, and territorial criminal justice agencies and communities.
Only applicants that received an official invitation letter from BJA concerning Law Enforcement Operations projects are able and eligible to apply. Some applicants will receive multiple invitations. Applications will only be accepted from the following: • Institute for Intergovernmental Research (IIR) • National Policing Institute • Justice & Security Strategies, Inc. • Montana Legal Services Association
