93.110 -- Maternal and Child Health Federal Consolidated Programs
The purpose of the Research Coordinating Center is to ensure strategic collaboration and provide capacity building to MCHB-funded research programs. It will support a continuous learning community as well as implement cross-site evaluations and develop tools to facilitate the translation of research into practice.

Eligible applicants include any domestic public or private entity, including an Indian tribe or tribal organization. Domestic faith-based and community-based organizations are also eligible to apply. If funded, for-profit organizations are prohibited from earning profit from the federal award (see 45 CFR § 75.216(b)). A foreign applicant will need to be affiliated with a U.S. entity (i.e., university, institution) with a U.S. EIN established and recognized by HRSA to be considered a public or nonprofit institution of higher learning or a public or private nonprofit agency. Individuals are not eligible applicants under this NOFO.
