Success Story: Nevada Clean Energy Fund
The Nevada Clean Energy Fund (NCEF) and Nevada GrantLab secured a $156M ‘Solar for All’ grant from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. This program funds solar installations on homes and affordable housing, while also offering education and workforce development for rural, urban, Tribal, and low-income communities in Nevada.
This grant adds to NCEF’s success in obtaining federal funding, including a $7.7 million grant for 25 electric school buses and $1.8 million for energy efficiency upgrades. These initiatives aim to create jobs, reduce utility costs, improve air quality, and help Nevadans cope with extreme heat.

Success Story: Signs of HOPE
Signs of HOPE secured a significant federal grant in the amount of $948,241 from the U.S. Department of Justice Office for Victims of Crime. The grant funds the Resources and Integration for Survivor Empowerment (RISE) project, which enhances the organization’s existing services for human trafficking survivors in our community.
Their team provides comprehensive crisis response services, including emergency and transitional housing. Already, they have served hundreds of survivors, and this grant will expand their reach and impact even further.
