Janice Ritchie

Janice joined GrantLab in September 2024 after spending over 26 years working for the Federal government. Prior to retiring from the government, Janice was an executive manager where she led multi-disciplined teams of administrative, facilities, logistics, finance, security and human resources personnel who delivered services for a variety of partners. She previously worked in multiple management and leadership Roles as an information technology (IT) engineer where she led the creation and delivery of enterprise and mission-specific IT solutions. 

Janice is certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and supports her teams and clients as a leadership and career coach to help aspiring leaders reach their potential. As a member of the ICF Southern Nevada chapter, Janice leads the development of the chapter’s annual events and education program to ensure members have access to professional development and networking opportunities throughout the year.

Janice graduated from Morgan State University with a BS in Electrical Engineering and obtained her Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University. She spends her free time reading, hiking (when she can), vegging out with her guilty pleasure of Candy Crush, and exploring the west coast since relocating from Virginia. Janice is the proud mother of two adult sons and enjoys every opportunity she has to spend time with her husband of over 29 years.
