Stephania Saldana

Stephania Saldana is the Partner Services Coordinator at Nevada GrantLab, where she supports nonprofit and cross-sector partners in building capacity and driving community impact. With a Master’s degree in Emergency and Crisis Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, her career has been grounded in service, spanning victim advocacy, youth diversion programs, nonprofit partnership development, restorative justice, and social justice initiatives.

Stephania thrives at the intersection of strategy and compassion, empowering communities, fostering collaboration, and advancing equity-focused solutions. She has worked alongside government partners, grassroots leaders, policymakers, and service providers to address complex challenges, always keeping community needs at the center. Her goal is to create meaningful impact through advocacy, collaboration, and innovative approaches that strengthen communities and expand opportunities for those most in need.

Outside of her professional work, Stephania is a proud daughter of Mexican immigrants and finds joy in celebrating her heritage and community. She is currently raising her 15-year-old little brother, enjoys reading, cooking, and playing video games. A lover of animals and all things pink, she is equally passionate about spreading positivity and making others happy wherever she goes.
